Strawberry & Blueberry Champagne Parfait

Shopping List
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter (salted..sticks)
2 containers of chicken stock (low salt and low fat)
Sauce flour (blue can)
Adobo
Black pepper
White pepper
Lite salt
4 Onions
Honey
Sweet & Low
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Sliced almonds
Heavy cream (pint)
Ready Whip Cream
   


Ingredients: 

1 store bought Pound Cake
1lb. Strawberries
1 pint Blueberries
1 container Marscapone Cheese
1/3 cup Champagne
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnoman
(more if desired)
Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Sliced Almonds

 

   
 
 
Directions:

Slice strawberries and place in a bowl add blueberries and 1/3 cup of Champagne and sprinkle with sugar.Set aside so fruit can masserate. Cut the pound cake into square pieces and set aside. In a bowl mix Marscapone Cheese with 1 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnoman and drizzle with honey. Whisk until smooth. Take a Champagne or Wine glass and assemble parfait....Place a few pieces of he cut pond cake on the bottom of glass add a dolup of Marscapone Cheese and then add some fruit mixture then sprinkle with sliced almonds. Repeat until top of glass and top with whip cream!
