Official Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary and contests are void where prohibited by law.

2. Station reserves right to subsitute prize of equal value. Prizes are not transferable.

3. Employees of I.C.B.C. Broadcast Holdings, Inc./Inner City Broadcasting Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and their immediate families and any promotional participants of individual contests are not eligible.

4. Prizes are subject to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations therefore the payment of all Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Only one winner, per household, per 90 days

6. All prize winners must be 21 years of age or older , unless otherwise specified or stipulated by a sponsor or the management of I.C.B.C. Broadcast Holdings, Inc./Inner City Broadcasting Corporation.

7. All prize winners must be a resident of the New York metro tri-state area [ New York , New Jersey or Connecticut ].

8. Winners agree to the use of their names, photographs, and voices for broadcast and promotional purposes during and after any contest.

9. Winners agree that I.C.B.C. Broadcast Holdings, Inc./Inner City Broadcasting Corporation, its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of their prize.

10. Contest rules may vary with individual contests. In the event of a special contest, rules for that contest will be aired on WBLS, posted on wbls.com and available at the WBLS offices.

11. In the event of an entry contest ... one entry/per envelope/per household and all entries become the property of WBLS and will not be acknowledged or returned.

12. Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be picked up at 3 Park Avenue , 41st floor, Monday-Thursday between 10am & 5pm . Contest participants must have a valid social security number. Winner must present a valid Social Security card, Government issued photo i.d (i.e. a Driver\'s License, non Driver\'s I.D., Passport or Military I.D).. With verification of address and age upon the release of a prize. In the event that we mail a prize, it will be at the request of the winner, and will therefore be at the winner\'s risk. WBLS is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail.

13. The winner will forfeit prizes not picked up within the specified deadline or for non-event prizes, within 30 days of winning.

14. WBLS will not be held responsible for any concert or event that is canceled, or for any artist or performers\' non-appearance.

15. All winners on WBLS can only win one grand prize [$600 value or more] within any 365 day period.

16. WBLS reserves the right to amend the contest rules at any time, and the decision of WBLS management is final.

17. Full rules for all of our individual contests are available for inspection at the WBLS offices, 3 Park Avenue, 41st floor, New York , N.Y. 10016, between 9am & 5pm .  Additional copies can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to WBLS or by logging on to wbls.com.
