
Jaheim Hoagland (born May 28, 1978) Jaheim’s unmistakable voice reminds one of the great R&B singers of the past. He was originally signed to Kaygee (of Naughty by Nature)’s Divine Mill Records in 2000 and released his debut album, Ghetto Love, through the label in 2001. Still Ghetto, was released a year later, both to going platinum. Jaheim’s third album, Ghetto Classics, was released on February 14, 2006, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 selling over 153,000 copies in its first week.
A current student at St .John’s University, Jaheim currently resides in New Jersey and is the grandson of the late 1960s soul singer Hoagy Lands.
Jaheim is good friends with the rapper Jadakiss, they made Everytime I Think About Her and the remixes of Ain’t Leavin Without You & Diamond in da Ruff together.
He has just completed his fifth album “Another Round” on Atlantic Records/Special Ops available February 9, 2010 . The first single of the album “Ain’t Leavin Without You”, was released on October 23, 2009.
