Brandy is back with new music and this time, it’s specifically for the most wonderful time of the year.
Christmas with Brandy will be the singer’s first holiday album. Additionally, this will be her first full-length project since signing with Motown Records in 2022.
“For all my beautiful fans, my new album Christmas With Brandy comes out November 10. I feel so blessed to be able to create an album surrounding joy, family, love and quality divine time with the ones you love,” Brandy said in a tweet announcing the album.
The holiday album will include 12 tracks, featuring Brandy’s renditions of classic holiday songs. Some include Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas as well as Someday at Christmas, which was originally recorded by Stevie Wonder.
Brandy will also lay down some original tracks on the album. Her daughter and emerging artist, Sy’Rai will be featured on the original track, Christmas Gift.
Christmas With Brandy will be released in tandem with Netflix’s original film, Best. Christmas. Ever! The movie stars Brandy as the main character, Jackie, who reunites with her old college friend Charlotte for the holiday. The film also stars Jason Biggs, Matt Cedeño, Wyatt Hunt, Abby Villasmil, and Madison Skye, and was directed by Mary Lambert.
