Bronny James is making his way back to the basketball court!

After suffering from cardiac arrest a few months ago, the doctors have officially cleared him to begin practicing with his team and make a full return to the court.

A spokesperson for the James family talked about his plan to return to the game. “Bronny will have a final evaluation with USC staff this week, resume practice next week and return to games soon after.”

In July, we reported that Bronny, the son of NBA All Star LeBron James, had collapsed during a practice and spent three days in the hospital. It was later discovered that the cause of the cardiac arrest was due to a congenital heart defect.

After having surgery to fix the defect, LeBron gave an update on his son’s condition and said that Bronny has begun his rehab so that he can be ready to play with his teammates at USC.

It is unclear when Bronny will make his debut with his team, however LeBron James will be there. He recently told the media that if his son’s game is on the same day as a Lakers game, then he will be going to see his son play.
