Andra Day To Perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing” At Super Bowl LVIII

The NFL and Roc Nation have announced its pregame lineup for Super Bowl LVIII.

Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, activist and actress Andra Day will sing “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” The song will be arranged and produced by Emmy winner Adam Blackstone.

Day will be joined by Reba McEntire and Post Malone for the pregame entertainment lineup. McEntire will perform the national anthem while Post Malone is set to sing “America the Beautiful.”

Going down on Feb. 11, this year’s Super Bowl will be held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. After the pregame entertainment, Usher will take the stage in the middle of the game for the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Day had breakthrough success with “Rise Up,” a single from her debut album, 2015’s Cheers To The Fall. The track reached No. 10 on Billboard‘s Hot R&B Songs chart while the album reached No. 48 on the Billboard 200.

Since then, Day has racked numerous awards and accolades throughout her career. She made her acting debut in the 2021 biopic, The United States vs. Billie Holiday, for which she won a Golden Globe for best actress and was nominated for an Academy Award. She won a Grammy for the film’s accompanying soundtrack.

Day has also been nominated for multiple BET Awards and NAACP Image Awards. In 2018, she received a prestigious Rising Star Award from The Recording Academy.
