The NBA just announced an all-star R&B lineup for the All-Star 2024.
The youngest EGOT winner and daytime talk show host, Jennifer Hudson, will headline the anticipated game. Hudson is booked to perform the halftime show at the 73rd All-Star Game, which will be played on Sunday, February 18th.
“So honored and excited to be performing at halftime of the 2024 NBA All-Star Game in Indy!” the EGOT shared on her socials. Hudson is the weekend’s headliner, but the rest of the entertainment lineup is just as impressive and features a few other award winners.
Indianapolis native and living legend Babyface, who collected his 13th GRAMMY Award this past weekend, has been tapped to sing the U.S. national anthem at the NBA All-Star Game. Highly-decorated, Diamond-certified rapper Lil Wayne will also perform ahead of the basketball game.
GRAMMY Award-winning singer and actress Coco Jones will sing the U.S. national anthem and Black national anthem, ‘Lift Every Voice. Behind the scenes making all the music magic happen is Emmy Award winner Adam Blackstone, the NBA All-Star 2024 Musical Director.
