Hoda Kotb is breaking her silence on Kelly Rowland’s alleged walk out from Today With Hoda & Jenna.
Rowland was set to fill in for Jenna Bush Hager last Thursday for the show’s 10am hour, however, she reportedly left after being unhappy about her dressing room. On Tuesday’s show, Kotb spoke on the incident and said, “I just want to say this: I have great love and admiration for Kelly Rowland,” Kotb said.
She continued, “I adore her and I want her to come back on our show and I want her to host again.” Jenna interjected and said, “She is welcome any time.” Kotb responded, “Of course she is! She can share my dressing room! We’ll be in it together! Anyway, I just wanted to say that we love her. We’ve loved her on this show for many, many, many years.”
Rowland’s walk out came to a surprise as she was there to also promote her upcoming film, Mea Culpa, which was produced by Tyler Perry. Rita Ora ultimately filled in for Kelly Rowland.
