Diddy will not be getting out of jail anytime soon.
According to reports, the media mogul’s proposed bond has been denied and he has to remain in jail until his trial date. He has pleaded not guilty to the following charges: racketeering conspiracy, fraud or coercion, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Diddy, 54, was arrested on Monday, Sept 16th in New York after being indicted by a grand jury. He was detained by Homeland Security Investigations agents at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan.
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has been under federal investigation for nearly a year and has been hit with multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct and abuse. Last November, his former girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit against him citing sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and more.
