Beyoncé is reportedly set to appear at Kamala Harris’ rally in Houston, Texas.
This news comes after it was falsely reported that she was set to attend the Democratic National Convention. It has been cited by a few sources that Queen Bey will appear at the rally, however, the venue has yet to be announced.
There are no further details on if she will perform at the rally. The DNC also confirmed that Tina Knowles and Willie Nelson will attend. The Grammy-award-winner has not publicly vocalized her support for Harris during this election.
Her 2016 song, “Freedom” has been used for Harris’ campaign which she used to walk out to back in July. Beyoncé had approved her song to be used for the campaign. In 2016, she has spoken out against political issues, and performed with her husband, Jay-Z at a Hillary Clinton rally in Cleveland.
Beyoncé has also supported Joe Biden’s campaign and celebrated his win on Instagram. If she appears, the “Church Girl” singer will have joined the list of other artists who’ve attended Harris’ rally such as Megan Thee Stallion, Stevie Wonder, Eminem, Pink, and more.
The rally in Houston is set to happen on Friday, October 25th.
