Amber Rose accuses Beyoncé of stealing her speech at a campaign rally for Kamala Harris.
On Friday, October 25, Beyoncé gave a passionate and powerful speech before introducing the presidential nominee. “I’m not here as a celebrity, I’m not here as a politician. I’m here as a mother,” she opened.
The singer continued, “A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in, a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies, a world where we’re not divided. Imagine our daughters growing up seeing what’s possible with no ceilings, no limitations. We must vote, and we need you.”
Although many people loved her words, Amber Rose claimed her speech was stolen. She went on social media to comment about the speech and wrote, “She wanna be me so bad. Literally took my whole speech.”
In July, Rose gave a speech at the Republican National Convention in support of Donald Trump. “I’m a mother. My whole revolves around providing for my children, keeping them safe, and giving them an opportunity for a better life,” Rose said in her speech. “That’s something that unites all American parents, whether we’re Republicans, Democrats, conservations, or liberals. We all want a better country for our children.”
She continued, “Now, you may be wondering why I’m up here telling you this. I’m no politician and I don’t want to be, but I do care about the truth.”
Beyoncé has not responded to Rose’s claims about her speech, however, it is clear that Queen Bey is focused on the upcoming election on Nov. 5th.
