Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing additional legal troubles despite already being incarcerated. Two new sexual assault lawsuits have been filed against the music mogul, bringing further allegations of drugging and misconduct to light. The accusers—a woman and a man—claim harrowing experiences involving the rapper.
Jane Doe’s Allegations
The first lawsuit, filed by an 18-year-old at the time of the alleged incident in 2001, details an encounter outside a New York Halloween party. Identified as Jane Doe, the woman claims a member of Diddy’s security team escorted her to a black limousine. Inside the vehicle were Diddy and six other men.
Jane Doe alleges she was offered a drink, after which she began to feel dizzy. According to her account, she was coerced into performing oral sex on all seven men, including Diddy. She also accuses Diddy of calling her derogatory names and spraying champagne on her during the assault. She claims she was only allowed to leave after all the men had received oral sex.
John Doe’s Harrowing Experience
In the second lawsuit, John Doe, a man from Florida, accuses Diddy of a similar pattern of behavior. He claims he was invited to an after-party at Diddy’s Miami home, where other prominent figures were present.
John Doe alleges he was given a spiked drink and soon began losing consciousness. He recalls waking up to a sharp pain and finding Diddy attempting to sexually assault him. According to the lawsuit, Diddy made unsettling remarks while smiling, leaving the man unable to resist due to the lingering effects of the drug.
The man says he awoke the next morning, was given his clothes, and was escorted out of the house.
Response from Diddy
Diddy’s legal team has strongly denied all allegations, calling attorney Tony Buzbee’s lawsuits a “shameless publicity stunt.” Buzbee, representing over 120 alleged victims, seeks financial compensation for his clients.
Currently behind bars on unrelated racketeering and trafficking charges, Diddy continues to deny all accusations. His representatives argue these claims are baseless attempts to tarnish his name and extort money.
The lawsuits mark yet another chapter in the growing legal troubles facing the embattled music icon.
