Jordan Chiles, fresh off a gold medal win at the 2024 Paris Olympics, is already planning her next chapter—real estate. Speaking at the Teen Vogue Summit in Los Angeles on November 23, the 23-year-old shared her vision for life beyond the gymnastics arena.
“Real estate is huge for me,” Chiles revealed. “I love building, I love being creative, and I love seeing things designed in different ways.” Her passion for design and giving back to her community are driving forces behind her new ambition.
Chiles explained that she views herself as more than an athlete and wants to leverage her existing platform. “My name is already a brand,” she said. “The goal is to continue to brand myself out and make sure everybody understands that Jordan Chiles is Jordan Chiles—not just as an athlete, but also as a human.”
Her interest in real estate aligns with her desire to uplift others. “I want to help my community,” Chiles said. “Whether it’s through charity, a foundation, or giving back in other ways, that’s important to me.”
The gymnast’s creative side extends beyond real estate. While her focus remains on property development, she’s open to exploring other ventures. “Do I want to become an actress? 100%. Do I want to sing? Sure. But in reality, it’s about building something meaningful.”
Jordan Chiles Redefining Success
Chiles also reflected on how her definition of success has evolved. “When I was younger, success was getting an A on a test,” she said with a smile. “Now, it’s about what you do for your community and the people around you.”
Despite her Olympic fame, Chiles remains grounded. “I don’t consider myself famous or a celebrity,” she said. “There’s still so much more I need to do—for myself and my community.”
With her focus and creativity, Jordan Chiles is poised to make an impact far beyond gymnastics. Whether designing homes or helping others, she’s determined to build a lasting legacy.
