After news broke about Skip Bayless being sued for sexual harassment by former employee, Noushin Faraji, Shannon Sharpe broke his silence after being named in the lawsuit.

According to reports, Bayless accused his former “Undisputed” co-star of sleeping with the stylist, Faraji. Sharpe has made it clear that he is not involved in the matter. During a recent episode of his “Nightcap” podcast, he said, “That has nothing to do with me.”

He continued, “There’s nothing to address. In those 42 pages, it doesn’t mention that Shannon Sharpe did anything. But you all want to get clicks, so you mention me.” Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless often had a fiery on-camera relationship while filming Undisputed, which resulted in the former NFL player leaving the show.

This comes after we reported that media personality and journalist, Joy Taylor, was also named in the lawsuit and accused of having a sexual relationship with Fox Sports executive, Charlie Dixon.

Noushin Faraji is suing Skip Bayless, Fox Sports, FS1, and other entities under the brand for an undisclosed amount of money for damages and a jury trial. Faraji’s lawsuit states that she had made multiple complaints to HR about Bayless’ unwanted advances but says that nothing was done about it. In August 2024, she quit her job as a hairstylist after working for the network since 2012.

Fox Sports also responded to the lawsuit, saying, “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.” Devin Abney, Faraji’s attorney said, “Our client looks forward to being vindicated and hopes this will compel Fox to take meaningful and substantial steps to address and resolve the toxic workplace that has impacted her and many of her colleagues.”
