The ongoing battle between Angelina Jolie and her estranged husband Brad Pitt continues. According to new reports, Jolie alleges that Pitt has not been paying any “meaningful child support” when it comes to their six children.
Jolie’s attorney, Samanthe Bley DeJean, writes in the legal documents:
“Pitt has a statutory duty to pay child support. As of present, Pitt has pain no meaningful child support since separation.”

DeJean also is requesting that the court have Pitt pay all that is owed.
“Given that the informal arrangements around the payment of the children’s expenses have not been regularly sustained by Pitt for over a year and a half. Jolie intends to file an RFO [request for a court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order.”
Jolie and Pitt were granted a temporary summer custody agreement. The court also ordered her to explain to the children the “court has determined not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them. They are “safe with their father,” and having a healthy relationship with both parents is “critical.”
