After ten long years, Dancehall/Reggae artist Beenie Man has revealed that his U.S. Visa has been reinstated.

According to reports, Beenie Man, whose real name is Anthony Moses Davis, had his visa revoked by the U.S. Embassy along with other artists such as Aidonia, Mavado, Bounty Killer, and Ricky Trooper.

In March 2023, it was reported by his new manager Shawn Baptiste that the “Girls Dem Sugar” artist would get his visa back. Baptiste also known as Ciga, said the level of communication with management and his not being able to travel to America were the two things holding him back.

“I recognize that he has not been able to travel to the US, which has limited the opportunities,” Ciga said. “Running a business without communication, you end up losing. The communication part was a big downfall because a man with a career like Beenie Man needs a team of persons who not only manage his music, but understand the business, and handle the travel arrangements”

Since his visa has been revoked, Beanie Man’s earnings have been impacted because the US is a major consumer of reggae and dancehall music. It seems like Ciga has worked everything out on his client’s behalf. Beenie Man shared on social media that his visa has been reinstated and that he will see his fans in America soon.
