Beyoncé took a moment to share an endearing message for Lizzo during her concert at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Monday.

Fans captured the moment on social media when Beyoncé shouted, “Lizzo! I love you, Lizzo!”  Beyoncé proclaimed her support for the singer during a performance of “ Break My Soul (Queens Remix)” where she highlights the names of iconic Black female artists.

Beyoncé’s shout-out comes following lawsuits filed against Lizzo by her three former dancers that accuse her of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

Following the allegations, Beyoncé skipped Lizzo’s name in the remix during a stop in Massachusetts on Aug. 8. Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother,  responded to rumors saying the name not being included in the song has nothing to do with recent claims.

Lizzo denied the allegations earlier this month in a post on Instagram.

Lizzo began her statement by stating her “disappointment”, attributing the allegations to “sensationalized stories”.

“I am not here to be looked at as a victim, but I also know that I am not the villain that people and the media have portrayed me to be these last few days,” Lizzo added in her statement. “I know what it feels like to be body shamed on a daily basis and would absolutely never criticize or terminate an employee because of their weight.”

The incidents and allegations filed in the lawsuit are said to have taken place between 2021 and 2023.
