Chris Brown Sells Out Stadium Shows In South Africa Amid Protests

Chris Brown has officially made history!

The singer has sold out two stadium shows in Johannesburg, South Africa over the weekend. His history-making performances came after a women’s rights activists group tried to ban him from coming to the FNB Stadium. 

“I’ve been waiting my whole life for this kind of moment,” Brown said to a crowd of over 90,000 people. “I just want to say from the bottom of my heart I love you guys so much. This night means a lot to me.” 

He continued, “I ain’t been out here in a long time. I’ve been rocking for two and a half hours, and y’all just let me rock. I appreciate that.”

The show was named, “Breezy Bowl,” and attendees saw the singer and his 18 dancers perform his hits from 2005 to the present day. 

Chris Brown also incorporated his Amapiano and Afrobeat songs into his set as well as had African artists Davido and Lojay join him on stage.
