Cory Hardrict is making sure that his children will not be affected amid his divorce from wife, Tia Mowry.
It has been reported that the actor is requesting legal and physical custody of their children Cree, 11 and Cairo, 4. Court documents state that Hardrict requested for the court to withdraw Mowry’s right to spousal support and that he denied that the reason for their divorce is “irreconcilable differences.”
In a note from Hardrict’s attorney, he asked the court to rule on the following, “The validity of the prenuptial agreement dated April 14, 2008 and/or that any provisions are unconscionable.”
Despite their legal battle, Tia recently revealed that she will be spending the holidays with her estranged husband and their children. “We are going to be spending the holidays with Cory, which we’re really excited about… with the whole family.”
She continued, “Family is family, no matter what happens. And that’s what’s important to me, so we will always be family.” We reported that Tia had filed for divorce from Cory Hardrict after 14 years of marriage. They got married in 2008.
We are wishing them the best.
