Diddy is officially selling his Beverly Hills home.

According to reports, the media mogul wants to sell his Beverly Hills home, in the Platinum Triangle of Los Angeles. The home is two-story and 13,000 square feet that sits on 1.3 acres and it features a theater, a guest house, and a resort with outdoor spaces and so much more.

This mansion was a part of the ones that Homeland Security raided in March, however, it did not lead to any charges. The home will go on the market for $61 million and it has been said that he has been looking to sell the home since July.

Sources close to Diddy said, “The sale comes as no surprise to insiders, despite the recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul.” The property will be listed on Multiple Listing Service (MLS) soon.

It was previously reported that the rapper had attempted to sell the home for $70 Million, which was $30 million more than what he paid for it in 2014. Diddy currently lives in Miami at his Star Island home and has been staying there since being accused of multiple counts of sexual assault.

The allegations began with Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. In her lawsuit, she accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and abuse during their ten-year relationship. A surveillance video would later be released that displayed Diddy violently attacking the “Me & U” singer in the hallway of a hotel. He has since apologized for his actions against Cassie.
