Diddy’s Accuser Must Reveal Identity Or Case Will Be Dismissed

A New York judge has ruled that Diddy’s accuser must reveal her identity or the case will be dismissed. 

The unidentified woman, Jane Doe, is suing Diddy for alleged sexual assault that took place 20 years ago. Her lawsuit is one of the 120 lawsuits against the disgraced media mogul. Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil acknowledges that this case is sensitive however, she said that Jane Doe is not entitled to stay anonymous. 

She also pointed out that Doe is a grown woman who, “decided to file a lawsuit in which she accuses a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately 20 years ago. Reports say that Judge Vyskocil has given the woman until November 13 to identify herself or her case would be thrown out.

On September 16, 2024, Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security investigators in Manhattan after being indicted by a grand jury. During his indictment, he was charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
