The tables have turned in the Jonathan Majors’ domestic violence case.

His accuser, Grace Jabbari, is now facing assault charges and is slated to voluntarily turn herself into the NYPD’s 10th precinct according to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner. It was previously reported that Jabbari had accused the “Lovecraft Country” actor of hitting her with an open hand.

She also said that Majors grabbed her hand, and put his hand around her neck which caused bruising and pain. Back in March, we reported that Majors, 34, was arrested on domestic assault charges, however, he denied the claims and said that she became the aggressor.

He would go on to file a domestic violence complaint against her and his legal team claimed that she had grabbed his face and scratched it during the altercation. It has been stated that Jabbari was drunk and hysterical.

Majors’ attorney previously released a statement on the abuse claims. “From the beginning, we have said Jonathan Majors is innocent and probably the victim here. Last week, for the first time, Mr. Majors met with the NYPD to present them with evidence of what really happened on that night. Within hours of viewing the evidence, and conducting their own thorough investigation, the NYPD found probable cause to arrest Grace Jabbari for assaulting Jonathan Majors.”

A court date for this case has been set for October 25th.
