Jonathan Majors, known for his roles in Creed III and Lovecraft Country, is set to make his first-ever convention appearance this September. The actor will be attending the Famous Monsters Festival at Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, where fans will have the opportunity to purchase his autograph for $140. In addition, professionally shot photos with the actor will be available for $160.

In a promotional video shared on social media, Majors expressed his excitement about attending the event. “Jonathan Majors makes his FIRST EVER convention signing appearance!” read the festival’s post. The 35-year-old star has built a reputation as one of Hollywood’s rising talents, with his performances in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Creed III further cementing his popularity.

A New Beginning for Majors

Majors’ appearance at the event is significant, as it marks one of his first major public appearances since his legal troubles. The actor was convicted of reckless assault in December 2023 and was sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence intervention program in April. Reflecting on his legal issues earlier this year, Majors shared an emotional response during an awards ceremony. “As a Black man in the criminal justice system, I felt anger, sadness, and surprise,” Majors said, adding, “I didn’t feel like Jonathan Majors, Mr. Creed, Mr. Kang; I felt like a little scared, weak boy.”

Despite these setbacks, Majors has continued to make headlines. He was recently recognized at the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards in Los Angeles, where he received the Perseverance Recognition. His participation in the Famous Monsters Festival signals a potential comeback, with fans eager to meet the star.

In addition to Majors, the festival will feature other notable guests, including George Takei, Peter Criss of KISS, and Lord of the Rings actor Andy Serkis. However, Majors appears to be the event’s top draw, with his autograph priced higher than other attendees.

Fans can look forward to meeting the actor on September 15.
