Joy Taylor has been named in the sexual harassment lawsuit against Skip Bayless.

According to reports, the lawsuit that was filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji, claims that Taylor was awarded her role as moderator on Undisputed for allegedly having a sexual relationship with Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon.

The suit states, “Ms. Taylor told Ms. Faraji that she was recently wed but her husband remained in Miami and that she was lonely in Los Angeles.” The suit also reveals that Faraji learned about Taylor’s relationship with Dixon in 2016 after they went out for drinks. However, Taylor told Faraji that they were just friends, but their body language was different.

Faraji’s suit also stated that Skip Bayless didn’t want Joy Taylor on the show due to having “a lack of experience” at the time. The lawsuit also states that after Taylor’s divorce from her husband, the plaintiff attended Taylor’s birthday party where she was groped by Dixon. She would tell Taylor about the incident and was told to “get over it.”

The lawsuit also claims that a former Fox Sports employee left her role after she refused to have sex with Charlie Dixon.

The 42-page lawsuit speaks about workplace misconduct from when Faraji was employed there between 2012 to 2024. What are your thoughts on this?
