Justin Combs, Diddy eldest son, is now banned from renting homes in Los Angeles.

Combs reportedly rents out mansions in Southern California and leaves them a mess after hosting parties, according to a broker who specializes in the dealing of luxury mansions.

The unnamed broker revealed to The NY Post that Justin, 30, has encountered pushback when requesting properties for parties.

“He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200, and then they would wreck the house,” the broker alleged. This behavior has resulted in Justin being effectively blacklisted from many rental properties, with some landlords unwilling to take the risk.

“It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him,” the broker stated, recounting a recent interaction where Justin’s request for a rental was declined.

Combs frequently posted pictures of himself pouring shots of tequila and vodka on his Instagram, as well as partying with his dad and friends.

Jeffrey Lichtman, Justin’s lawyer, pointed out to The Post, “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong.”

Justin’s partying lifestyle appears to follow in the footsteps of Diddy – who was notorious for his lavish and over the top parties.

Diddy became known for his infamous all-white parties from 1998-2009. He reportedly hosted his parties in the exclusive Hamptons community of New York to mark his presence. His dream was to integrate his hip-hop lifestyle with the East Coast elite and “strip away everyone’s image and put us all in the same color, and on the same level,” Combs told Oprah Winfrey in a 2006 interview.

“I had the craziest mix: some of my boys from Harlem; Leonardo DiCaprio, after he’d just finished [the hit 1997 film] ‘Titanic,’” Combs said according to CNN. “I had socialites there and relatives from down south. There were 200 people sitting out here, just having a down-home cookout.”

We previously reported that Porsche Leasing LTD filed a lawsuit against Combs for $190,000 for unpaid bills related to a leased Bentley.

However, his attorney has asserted that this issue stems from a mailing address error, affirming, “The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dropped.”
