Justin Combs will not face any jail time after being arrested for a DUI over the summer.
According to reports, Combs, 29, was arrested in Los Angeles for driving under the influence. He was hit with two misdemeanors and had a blood alcohol content (BAC) higher than 0.08%. While in court, the DUI charge was dropped and he pled no contest to the BAC charge.
The judge sentenced him to three years probation where he must “enroll and participate in and successfully complete a 3-month licensed first-offender alcohol and other drug education and counseling program.”
It was previously reported that the son of Diddy was arrested after police witnessed him run a red light. A spokesperson for the LAPD said, “He [Justin] was put through a sobriety test that he failed.”
