Kanye West has been hit with another lawsuit.
The rapper is being sued by former “America’s Next Top Model” contestant, Jenn An, for sexual assault. According to reports, An claims that West choked her until she passed out while on the set of a music video back in 2010.
She was allegedly picked out of a lineup of women by West when he said, “Give me the Asian girl.” Her lawsuit also states that An was asked to sit on a chair directly across from the “Good Life” rapper and even ordered the video director to put the camera on her. The model recalled the incident being “humiliating and uncomfortable” because she was wearing lingerie.
An’s lawsuit also detailed the incident and stated that Kanye West started to “choke her and smother her face with both of his hands.” He also tried to put as many fingers as he could down her throat, causing her to gag, emulating oral sex.
She said that West screamed, “This is art. This is f*****g art. I am like Picasso. Jenn An is also suing Universal Music Group for gender-motivated violence.
