Kenya Moore has been suspended indefinitely from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” according to USA Today.
As we previously reported, Moore shocked party attendees at her June 6 Kenya Moore Hair Spa grand opening with posters of series newcomer Brittany Eady allegedly performing oral sex.
Bravo cameras were rolling at the cast event, where Moore, 53, decided to unveil the explicit images. Eady, however, was not present for the reveal.
On June 7, Eady responded to Moore’s bold move stating the “distribution of sexually explicit images without the consent of the person depicted is a criminal offense.”
A day later, in an X post earlier this month, Moore addressed the revenge claims.
“I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail,” Moore said on the platform on June 8. “I have always been vindicated. I can’t talk about STORY even with people planting fake news #sweet16”
The Atlanta iteration of the Real Housewives franchise recently reshuffled its cast with newbies and former show stars after fan criticism.
The network, which is currently filming its 16th season of the show, announced last month that returning cast members Moore, Porsha Williams, Shamea Morton Mwangi and Drew Sidora would join newbies Eady, Angela Oakley and Kelli Ferrell as full-time peach holders alongside former “RHOA” personality Cynthia Bailey as an official friend of the group.
It is not currently clear if Moore will return to the cast as the investigation is still ongoing.
