Kevin Liles wants the rape lawsuit against him to be thrown out.

According to reports, Liles filed new legal documents seeking permission to file a motion to have the lawsuit against him dismissed. Earlier this year, a woman filed a lawsuit against the hip-hop music legend claiming that she was raped Recordings.

In his lawsuit, Liles says that he will argue to “dismiss the case on the grounds that the woman waited too long to file her claims and the statute of limitations on her claims has run.” The lawsuit also says that the claims against him are “entirely false” and the accuser is not very specific with the details to have the case move forward.

The woman, who is going under the name Jane Doe, said in her lawsuit that she was subject to Liles’ sexual harassment. She said that he would “constantly press his body against her breasts anf grab her buttocks at work and when she rebuffed his alleged sexual advances he raped her.”

Kevin Liles has denied all allegations against him when the lawsuit was filed. He is now filing his own motion to have the suit dismissed.
