Maxwell Announces ‘Urban Hang Suite Cruise’ Sailing In 2024

Maxwell is taking to the sea in the inaugural Urban Hang Suite Cruise.

Set to sail in February 2024, Maxwell will host an inaugural cruise in celebration of his critically acclaimed debut album, Urban Hang Suite. This 4-night Norwegian Pearl cruise will feature two exclusive performances by Maxwell. Guest artists include Ledisi, Robert Glasper, Sabrina Claudio, Musiq Soulchild, Leela James, and Gallant.

Setting sail over valentines day weekend (Feb 10 – 14), the cruise will be stopping at two Bahamian destinations, Great Stirup Cay & Nassau.

The Grammy-award winning artist shared the video announcement on Monday (June 10). “join us on valentine’s day wknd 2024 🌊 ,” he captioned.

The Norwegian Pearl is stacked with entertainment including 17 bars, 14 restaurants, casinos, spas and more.

Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite album is considered one of Maxwell’s best bodies of work. With the theme of adult romance, the 12-track album draws inspiration from classic soul artists such as Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield, Stevie Wonder and Prince.
