Nene Leakes is returning to television with a new show on Lifetime. The reality star will headline “Outrageous Love With Nene Leakes,” premiering on July 1st at 10 p.m. ET. This series, produced by Anomaly Entertainment, will explore the ups and downs of couples’ love lives, featuring commentary from Leakes herself. She will also draw from her own experiences to provide additional insights.

“I am thrilled to bring my perspective to Outrageous Love,” Leakes shared. “Relationships are complex, and I’m excited to share the wisdom I’ve gained over the years.”

Nene Leakes: A Star on the Rise

Leakes first gained fame as an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2008. Her 11-season run on the Bravo series showcased her dynamic personality, making the franchise one of the network’s most popular. Leakes’ memorable moments and iconic one-liners, such as “I said, what I said,” have left a lasting impression on fans.

Transitioning from reality TV, Leakes found success in acting. She landed a recurring role on Ryan Murphy’s Glee as Roz Washington and starred as Rocky Rhoades in Murphy’s The New Normal. Most recently, Leakes appeared in the Lifetime movie Hunting Housewives, acting alongside Denise Richards.

Executive Production and Future Projects

In addition to starring in Outrageous Love, Leakes serves as an executive producer for the series. Matthew Kelly, Michael Sorensen, and Karen Infantino join her in this role, with Amy Savitsky and Nicole Vogel executive producing for Lifetime.

“Working behind the scenes as an executive producer is an exciting challenge,” Leakes commented. “I love being involved in the creative process from start to finish.”

Leakes’ recent ventures also include hosting duties for the Baddies East reunion and a part in Netflix’s Meet The Upshaws. She was initially set to be joined by fellow RHOA star Porsha Williams, but plans changed.

“The bottom line is that Porsha did not want to share the spotlight. That’s it,” Leakes explained. “Professionals can share the spotlight. Porsha is not a star, she is a Bravolebrity. Be clear.”

Following “Outrageous Love”, Lifetime will debut “Parents Gone Wild” at 11 p.m. ET, featuring relatable moments captured by moms, dads, and kids. Glass Entertainment and Crybaby Media produce the series, with executive producers Nancy Glass, Matt Carter, Mark Powell, and Danny Passman, along with Amy Savitsky and Nicole Vogel for Lifetime.

Leakes continues to expand her career, bringing her signature charisma to new projects. Fans eagerly await her latest venture, ready for more unforgettable moments.
