Randy Jackson has left fans concerned after showing off his seriously slim figure on Name That Tune.

The former American Idol judge lost more than 120 pounds for his health, but some fans are worried he’s not well.

Jackson, 68, appeared on Monday’s all-new episode of Name That Tune, and viewers struggled to focus on anything other than his slimdown.

The star took the stage with his chiseled jawline and thin frame on full display.

He wore a white T-shirt with a sharp black blazer over top. Randy accessorized with fashionable glasses and a bejeweled pin on his lapel.

“He looks beyond SICK! This ain’t cool,” one user wrote on X.

Another added, “Randy Jackson looks f—in terrifying.”

After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2002, Jackson made a pledge to live a healthier lifestyle.

“It’s a curse to be saddled with a disease that’s life-threatening and that you can’t completely get rid of, though you can certainly manage it,” the former American Idol judge wrote in his 2008 book, Body With Soul. “But it’s a blessing to get that huge wake-up call. After that day in the ER, when my doctor burst the bubble I’d been living in, I couldn’t lie to myself anymore. Right then and there, I began my journey toward better health.”

Jackson reportedly weighed 350 pounds at the time of his diabetes diagnosis. In 2003, the longtime music industry insider underwent gastric bypass surgery to help him lose 100 pounds.

The procedure reduces the size of the stomach and reroutes part of the digestive system so less food is absorbed.

Since the surgery, he has maintained keeping the weight off. He later founded Unify Health Labs in 2019 to help others with their weight goals.
