Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another lawsuit.

The disgraced media mogul has been accused of bounding and raping a woman along with his head of security back in 2001. The lawsuit states that the two men threatened her with a recording of the encounter nearly two decades later.

The accuser, Thalia Graves, joins a long list of men and women who have also sued Combs and accused him of sexual assault and abuse. Last week, Combs was arrested in New York and is currently being held without bond at the Metropolitan Detention Center after being indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Graves claims that the Bad Boy founder and Joseph Sherman, Diddy’s bodyguard, tied her hands and raped her in a recording studio in New York in 2001. Her boyfriend at the time was working for Bad Boy Records.

“Combs mercilessly raped her, anally and vaginally. Sherman forcefully slammed Graves onto a table, slapped her,” the lawsuit states. “Both men were undeterred by Graves’ cries for  help throughout the attack.”

The men also recorded the assault and sold it as pornography. Graves said her ex-boyfriend reached out to her days after Combs was sued by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, to tell her about the recording.

She said that she reached out to Sherman about destroying the tape but he never responded. The lawsuit is also seeking to have all copies of the tape destroyed. “The trauma has taken a toll on my mental health,” Graves said in a press conference with her lawyer Gloria Allred by her side. “I’ve had PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I’m emotionally scarred. It has been hard for me to trust others, form healthy relationships, or even feel safe in my own skin.”

The lawsuit states that she was repeatedly attacked and lost consciousness and when she woke up, she ran home. Graves also said in the press conference, “I’m glad that he’s locked up, but that’s a temporary feeling of relief.”
