Global tennis star Serena Williams never shies away from vulnerability with her fans.

Williams recently shared a video of herself receiving radio frequency treatment on her stomach in a Parisian spa. In the caption, she discussed struggling with taking time for herself, and says that only recently has she been able to start doing things for herself, despite feeling guilty for leaving her kids behind.

She also discussed being self-conscious about her post-baby tummy.

In the reel, Williams, wearing a white crocheted top and matching skirt, is lying on an exam table as a technician applies clear gel to her stomach and uses an ultrasound-like wand.

She received a body radiofrequency treatment, which uses electromagnetic waves to promote collagen and elastin production to create tighter skin.

“On my last trip to Paris a girlfriend of mine treated me to a spa day. She knows after 2 babies I have been self conscious of my tummy,” she stated in her Instagram post.”

Continuing, she wrote, “I just had to post this video she took. The results have been amazing. I can see progress with my skin going back to normal and my confidence coming back. Listen my body will never be the same but neither will I cause I have 2 amazing lights in my life. @Olympiaohanian and @adiraohanian.”

Williams added, “I will always love my birthing scars but I just wanted to say thanks to my friend Mia and Nat for letting me know it’s ok to take time for myself away from work and kid.”

“I just love how authentic and relatable you are”

Fans praised the relatable post in the comment section.

“Hearing the greatest athlete of all time talk about any feelings of insecurities with her body/skin…this DEF lets me know it’s okay to be open and vulnerable about mine. Thank you for sharing, Serena!”

“I just love how authentic and relatable you are, your post has validated millions of woman who are struggling with body insecurities after childbirth. Thank you🙏🏽” another added.

Others thought she was getting a pregnancy ultrasound in the video, like one who wrote, “Girl we thought you was having a baby!! 🤰🏾 but yes self care is great!!”
