Shannon Sharpe breaks his silence after he unknowingly went on Instagram Live while engaging in intercourse.
During his show, “Night Cap,” which he hosts with Chad Ochocinco, Sharpe said that he was embarrassed and disappointed in that moment. In the video, his followers did not see the actual act, however, they were able to hear moaning from Sharpe and the person he was with.
“Someone that is extremely, extremely private and to have one of your most intimate details — the audio — heard for the entire world to hear, I’m embarrassed for a number of reasons,” he said. “There are a lot of people that count on Shannon to be professional at all times and I always try to be professional at all times, even when I’m behind closed doors. … I’m very disappointed in myself, not for the act.”
He also explained that he was receiving phone calls and FaceTime calls on his other phone from people who would never call him to warn him about what was going on. Shannon Sharpe also cleared up any rumors that his Instagram account was hacked.

Since the video went viral, fellow NFL star, Terrell Owens decided to make fun of the situation by sharing a series of tweets about it. In one tweet, he said that the woman that Sharpe was with “sounded familiar,” and in another tweet, Owens wrote that ESPN’s “HR is BUSY RIGHT NOW.”
