Disney star Skai Jackson was arrested for battery after getting into a fight with boyfriend.
The altercation took place last week and reports state that the 22-year-old actress got in trouble at Universal CityWalk in Hollywood, California after a security guard witnessed her and her boyfriend fighting. The security guard called the police after seeing Jackson push her boyfriend more than one time.
The couple was detained by the security guards until the police arrived and watched the footage which showed that Jackson was the aggressor. The “Jessie” star was later arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and was later released.
The case is currently under review by the LA County District Attorney’s Office to see if the charges will stay or be dismissed. Reps for the actress have not released a statement about the altercation yet.
Although the footage shows the two get into a scuffle, they both deny getting into a physical altercation. Skai Jackson and her boyfriend also revealed that they are engaged and expecting their first child together.
