Diddy Faces Another Lawsuit

Kenyatta Jr. claims that Diddy violated his trademark on “Act Bad” by releasing a song with the same title last year. The lawsuit states that Diddy ceased communication after discussions about the trademark, and due to incarceration, Kenyatta Jr. couldn’t sign the contract, leading to the legal challenge.
