Usher Releases ‘Rendevouz In Paris’ Trailer

Usher has unveiled the official trailer for his upcoming concert film, “Usher: Rendezvous In Paris.” The film captures his acclaimed performance at La Seine Musicale during Paris Fashion Week. It promises fans a unique experience with never-before-seen costumes, state-of-the-art lighting, and special effects.

The film includes Usher’s chart-topping hits like “Yeah!,” “My Boo,” and “Love In This Club.” Beyond the on-stage spectacle, the film also offers a glimpse into Usher’s lifestyle and creative process. “Paris was a special experience for me as an entertainer and for my fans,” Usher shared. “I hope those who weren’t able to make it in person get to experience how special it was. As for those of you who were, I hope you experience the show and see what it takes to get there through a different lens.”

A Cinematic Experience for Usher Fans Worldwide

Directed by Grammy-nominated filmmaker Anthony Mandler, the concert film will screen in 2,000 cinemas worldwide, including 1,000 in the United States. It will be released by Trafalgar Releasing in partnership with AMC Theatres Distribution. Adam Aron, Chairman and CEO of AMC Theatres, expressed excitement about the film: “For 30 years Usher has captivated and entertained audiences through his music and concerts. The trailer, soundtracked by Usher’s 2010 hit single “OMG,” features a mix of live performance footage and cinematic scenes of Usher traveling through Paris at night. “City of lights – I came here to find something,” Usher narrates in the trailer. “Drifting on a river I cannot control.” These scenes underscore the dedication and emotion Usher poured into the performance.

“Usher: Rendezvous In Paris” is produced by Anthony Mandler, Usher Raymond, and Ron Laffitte, with executive producers including Aakomon Jones, Angelo Gopee, and Kwesi Collisson. Executive producers for Sony Music are Tom Mackay, Richard Story, and Krista Wegener.

Tickets are now on sale for screenings between September 12-15.
